What is ALPHA-GPC?

Alpha Glycerylphosphorylcholine, more commonly known as Alpha GPC is the highest quality and most bioavailable form of choline. Choline is critical for the function and protection of the wall of the brain's nerve cells.

How can this assist me in the Gym?

Alpha GPC is a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which supports a variety of cognitive functions including but not limited to memory, growth hormone secretion, physical output, concentration, attentiveness, and information absorption/recall.

How can this assist me? - Increased focus, physical output, and HGH secretion... We think the benefits speak for themselves.

How much should I take?

As it stands the literature suggests that one should aim for approximately 600mg per day. It should be noted that ALPHA-GPC can be found in a variety of everyday foods, including but not limited to eggs, liver, bacon, and mutton.

Our Pre Workout contains 300mg of ALPHA GPC, combining this dose with diet-derived ALPHA-GPC will have you well on your way to hitting your daily target.

When should I take it?

Ideally one would split their total daily dosage throughout the day, however, there is evidence to suggest that taking a larger dose such as in a pre workout context may provide further benefits.
